Dedication:
As a child, Christmas held such wonder
for me, school and work ceased to exist.
Friends and family gathered from near and
far to feast, sing the occasional Christmas
carol, and of course, add to that magical
pile of presents under the tree. Time stood
still, if but for a moment.
I offer this collection of my favorite songs
of the season with fond memories of
innocence and a simple prayer of gratitude
to the Creator "from whom all blessings

Description:
Painting vivid holiday scenes with his tender treatments of Christmas standards, traditional carols and original compositions, Jim presents a seasonal collection of passionate and paradisiacal music. This is Jim's first holiday recording with guest appearances by Dan Fogelberg, Stephen Bishop, Marilyn Martin and others. Includes the smooth jazz radio single "River" (the Joni Mitchel classic) featuring Everette Harp. Other highlights include "Greensleeves", "Silent Night" and "O Holy Night".
